Nkroful (W/R), Sept 15, GNA – The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the 2024 elections, Mr Kwasi Bonzoh, has submitted his nomination forms to contest the December 07, 2024, parliamentary race in Ellembelle.
This follows a successful filing of his nomination forms at the office of the Electoral Commission.
Mr Kwasi Bonzoh who is also the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area, was accompanied by the NPP Constituency Chairman, Mr Sampson Ndonli, Western Regional NADMO Coordinator, Mr Abdul Ganiyu Mohammed and the Western Regional Coordinator of the District Road Improvement Plan (DRIP), M. reorge Agyiri.
Mr Kwasi Bonzoh thanked the Constituency, Regional and National executives of the party for the confidence reposed in him to stand as the Parliamentary Candidate in the upcoming elections.
He also thanked the party faithful for the overwhelming support as he filed his nomination forms at the EC.
Mr Bonzoh said: “Mr Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah had done his part in the last 16 years, 2024 is my time.”
The NPP Parliamentary Candidate said as a DCE, he had initiated a number of developmental projects in the past seven years.
Mr. Bonzoh mentioned massive interventions at the St Dolphin Vocational School at Sanzule and the Nkroful Agricultural Senior High School where he had constructed 10 classroom blocks to meet the infrastructural deficits to pave way for smooth academic work among other developmental projects.
He said work had started on the reshaping of the Esiama to Nkroful stretch of the road.
Mr. Bonzoh expressed optimism to retire the incumbent MP from Parliament.
Constituency Chairman of the party, Mr. Ndoli appealed to the people of Ellembelle to vote for Mr. Bonzoh in the upcoming elections.
Mr. Ndonli said he had assurance from the NPP flagbearer, Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia that Ellembelle would not be left out of the development train.
Coordinator of the District Road Improvement Plan (DRIP) Mr. George Agyiri urged each supporter in the area to campaign massively and win 34 new faithful into the party.
He said the government had procured machines into the district to put all roads into good shape.
