Bibiani MCE commissions toilet facility at Sefwi-Bekwai

Sefwi Bekwai (WN/R), Sept. 3, GNA – Mr. Paul Andoh, the Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), has commissioned a 12-seater toilet facility at Sefwi Bekwai to improve sanitation infrastructure in the area.

Addressing residents at a brief commissioning ceremony, Mr. Andoh emphasised the importance of ensuring good sanitation practices within the municipality.

He appealed to the community leadership to own the facility and ensure that it was well maintained to last long.

“The users of the facility should abide by the laid down regulations to keep it clean at all times,” he said.

Mr. Andoh expressed appreciation to Mr. Alfred Obeng-Boateng, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bibiani Anhwiaso Bekwai, for funding the entire project.

He said: “He is a listening and development-oriented MP who is willing to serve the needs of his constituents. His efforts and determination are to ensure an improved standard of living in the constituency.”

He appealed to the constituents to remember the excellent work of the MP and retain him in the December 7 general elections.
