Accra, Aug. 23, GNA- Eritrean referee Henok Tesfamikael Zerom will handle the Champions League preliminary round second leg game between Ghana’s FC Samartex 1996 and Victoria United from Cameroon.
The Ghanaian side defeated their opponents by a lone goal in the first-leg encounter which was played in Cameroon.
The clash, scheduled for Sunday, August 25, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium would see both sides battle for a place in the next round of the competition.
Zerom would be assisted by compatriots Sirak Samuel Menghis, Adel Salih Hamid and Musie Beyene Tewelde, while Sinko Zeli from Cote D’Ivoire serves as Match Commissioner.
