Accra, Dec.24, GNA – Annor Walker, Head Coach of Black Galaxies has named his final 25-man squad ahead of the 2022 Championship of African Nations (CHAN) tournament in Algeria.
The former Great Olympics gaffer named his 40-man squad last month to begin preparations at the Ghanaman Soccer of Exellence in Prampram.
After analyzing these selected local players based on performance, Coach Walker has now selected his final 25, making way for the rest to join their clubs after weeks of being out of action.
The team would set off to Cairo, Egypt later today to begin their 18-day camping as they crown their preparations ahead of the continental tournament.
Ghana is paired in Group C with Morocco, Madagascar and Sudan.
The 2022 CHAN tournament would kick off on Friday, January 13,2022 in Algeria.
