Accra, July 20, GNA – The 1987-year group of Huni-Valley Senior High School Old Students Association (HOSA) has donated 125 pieces of plastic chairs to their alma mater.
The year group made the donation as part of the commemoration of the school’s 35th anniversary celebrations.
The Reverend Roland Kwabena Stilson, President of the year group, advised the school to take care of the chairs.
Mr Daniel Aidoo, Headmaster of the School, commended the group for the donation and assured them that it would be put to good use.
He called on other year groups of the School to also donate to their alma mater to enhance teaching and learning.
The Huni-Valley Senior High School located in the Bogoso-Prestea District in the Western Region was established in November 1975.
The school runs five major programmes namely Business, General Arts, General Science, General Agriculture and Home Economics.
The school runs a day and boarding system. The boarding facility is for students from distant communities.
