Christians urged to wait on God’s promises in the face of challenges

Fiapre (B/R), July 26, GNA- Nana Akosua Duaa Asor Brayie II, the Paramount Queen mother of Sunyani Traditional Area, has urged Christians to constantly put their trust in God and wait patiently for the fulfillment of His promises to them.

She said even though some of the promises of God might delay, it would surely be fulfilled because “it is scripturally a fact that those who wait and hope in the Lord “shall renew their strength.”

Nana Brayie II gave the advice at a thanksgiving church service held at the Living Grace Ministries International at the Berlin-Top, a suburb of Fiapre in the Sunyani West Municipality, to thank God for elevating her to the Paramount Queen Mother’s position of Sunyani.

Known in private life as Mrs. Bright Faakye Donkor and a retired educationist, Nana Brayie II, succeeded Nana Yaa Nyamaa II of blessed memory who died on September 13, 2019.

The New Paramount Queen mother asked for the support of the people of Sunyani to propel the holistic development of the traditional area.

Bishop Dr. Richard Owusu Akyeaw, the Founder and General Overseer of the Living Grace Ministries International, congratulated the Queen mother on her elevation. 

He advised all the citizens to have faith in God despite every challenge they may be facing, adding “the Lord will take care of every burden.”
