Akatsi South NPP commiserates with late NDC Vice Chairman’s family

Akatsi (VR), July 20, GNA -The leardership of the Akatsi South Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has extended its condolences to the bereaved family and the entire membership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Akatsi South over the death of Mr Famous Matsi, the party’s Constituency Vice Chairman.

The NPP appreciated the immense contributions of the late servant who served in different leadership positions.

In a statement, Mr Egos Mawuli Ocloo, the Constituency Secretary of the NPP, prayed for strength for the family and the NDC “through this sad moment.”

“The Party wishes to convey its condolences to the bereaved family and the Akatsi South Constituency of the NDC for the loss,” it said.

The late Matsi, until his demise, was elected as Vice Chairman for the Akatsi South NDC in 2018, where he remained dedicated to the affairs of the Party.

The sad incident occurred at St Paul’s Hospital Limited at Akatsi after a short illness.

He left behind seven children.

He was 65.
