Accra, March 30, GNA – Mr Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), will lead a three-member delegation to the 72nd Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) Congress in Doha, Qatar.
The delegation includes Mr Mark Addo – Vice President of the GFA and General Secretary, Mr Prosper Harrison Addo (Esq).
This year’s FIFA Congress would be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
The agenda for the FIFA Congress include ratification of various decisions of the Bureau of the Council, consideration of Committee reports and amendments to the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players.
The Ghanaian delegation would also attend a meeting of the Confederation of Africa which will be held on Friday, April 1, in Doha.
The Congress would be streamed live on FIFA.com and will be followed by a press conference.
