He said as a business, the Agricultural Development Bank had become what it is today, because of the good rapport with Customers and it was another opportunity for Management to interact with them although their Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, Area Managers were at their disposal anytime they needed them.

He said since assuming the role as the Managing Director, with the support of the Board of Directors, the Management and Staff of the Bank, they had worked round the clock to turn the fortunes of the Bank around.

He said ADB was currently an ISO 27001-2013 and PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Certified Bank, which means they had met the International Standard Organization requirement in ensuring customer information security and confidentiality.

In addition, he said the Bank was the first to establish the Security Operation Centre (SOC) and was the first bank in the country to meet this directive.

“Though satisfied with the improvements chalked by the Bank in the period, I wish to say we will continue to do more to meet the aspirations and changing needs of our valued customers.

“We value your complaints because they are what we need to ensure the improvement of our customer service drive and to establish sustainable long-term business relationships.

“Our doors are always open to you to come up with your peculiar difficulties, hoping that through dialogue, we shall guarantee our mutual success.
