Ho, Dec 18, GNA- The Rotary Club of Ho has donated some hospital equipment to the Ho Technical University (HTU)Clinic to improve service delivery at the facility.
The items, comprising a wheelchair, three walkers and three walking sticks, were presented to the clinic by members of the club, led by Mr Eric Botey, its President.
In a brief remark, Mr Botey said the gesture was part of the club’s humanitarian support to selected individuals and institutions to enhance their activities.
He pledged more support to the clinic in the future.
Dr Redeemer Fiebor, Medical Director of HTU Clinic and Dr Jennifer Adaletey, Acting Director of External Funds of Ho Technical University, jointly received the items on behalf of University Management and thanked the Club for their kind benevolence.
They gave the assurance that the items would be put to good use and urged other organisations and the public to emulate the kind gesture of Ho Rotary Club.
