Accra, Dec 15, GNA- The 16th edition of the annual praise and worship event, “Praise Jam” will come alive on Saturday, December 18, at the Efua Sutherland’s Park in Accra.
This year’s edition, dubbed ‘Praise in the Park’, would be held under the theme: “This far by Grace ” – John 1:16, 1 Corinthians 15:10”.
Organised by Strategic Communications Africa Limited (Stratcomm Africa), Ghana’s premier total marketing communications agency in partnership with Metro TV, the event promises to be a joyful spirit-filled encounter with inspiring and powerful song ministrations.
Seasoned gospel musicians such as M.O.G, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Bethel Revival Choir, Kyei Mensah as well as other creative artistes are billed to perform at the Gospel concert.
Mr. Kofi Baah- Boakye, Executive Director, Business Development for Stratcomm Africa in a press statement copied to the Ghana News Agency said: “God has generously gifted Stratcomm Africa excellence in communication delivery and we are delighted to give this back to Him in praise.
“Through Praise Jam we glorify God, communicate His goodness to help edify
believers and for those who have not met Him to have a sweet encounter with Him.”
He indicated that the Covid-19 pandemic continues to constrain us all in many ways, including challenges with having large events in enclosed spaces.
Stratcomm Africa, he said, had, therefore, this year, chosen to create the annual platform of Praise outdoors in the Efua Sutherland Children’s Park, which has also been the venue for the annual Ghana Garden and Flower Show that Stratcomm Africa organizes.
Mr. Baah-Boakye emphasized that all COVID-19 protocols would be strictly adhered to ensure the safety of all.
“We invite the general public once again to join us in thanking God for how far he has brought us,” he added.
The twin messengers of God, the Adusah – Amankwa brothers – Apostle Panin and Prophet Kuma, Executive Directors of the Priestly Royal Ministries (PRM) would minister and pronounce blessings at the event.
Mr, Kayode Akintemi, Managing Director of Metro TV, said; “The Praise Jam concept of praising in the park comes with a freshness that Metro TV easily identifies with.
“Our collaboration on this event symbolizes the fresh wave of TV programming that Metro TV is bringing to Ghanaians and viewers beyond the shores of Ghana. Come one, come all.
“Join in giving thanks to God for His goodness, favour, and divine mercy whether in person in the Park or through Metro TV’s live-stream,” he added.
The event starts at 1600 hrs and would be streamed live on Metro TV and Stratcomm Africa’s social media platforms.
