Accra, Oct. 29, GNA – The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) says the screening for the 2021 recruitment exercise ends today, October 29, and applicants who qualified would write an aptitude test on Saturday.
The test would mark the final stage of the screening exercise.
The screening exercise, which started on Monday, saw thousands of applicants thronging the National Fire Academy and Training School and other centres across the country in a bid to get recruited.
The initial process includes body and height checks and documentation.
Assistant Chief Fire Officer I, Alhaji Nuhu Gibril, the Accra Regional Commander of the GNFS, told the Ghana News Agency that after the exams, the applicants would be shortlisted for the next stage.
He urged applicants to adhere to the rules and regulations governing the recruitment exercise and deal with only “authentic recruitment officials,” insisting that only competent applicants would be recruited.
