Accra, Dec. 17, GNA – The office of former President Jerry John Rawlings has stated that his funeral will no longer take place on Wednesday December 23, 2020.
A statement signed by Mr Kobina Andoh Amoakwa, the Head of Commissions Directorate at the former President Office, said a new date will be communicated to the public in due course.
The inconvenience to all who had made prior arrangements for the funeral ceremonies is deeply regretted.
