Accra, June 03, GNA – Ghana’s COVID-19 total recoveries have reached 3,132, after 146 more patients tested negative following their second results after treatment, the Ghana Health Service has announced.
The latest update from the Service also confirmed 251 new infections to bring the country’s case count to 8,548 and deaths remain 38.
This, brings the latest active cases to 5, 378.
The regional statistics are: Greater Accra -5,894, Ashanti – 1,342, Western – 449, Central – 438, Eastern – 134, Volta – 86, Western North – 68, Upper East – 42, Northern – 37, Oti – 26, and Upper West – 22.
The rest are; Bono East – six, North East – two, Savannah –one, Bono– one, and Ahafo – zero.
