“Let us strictly observe the social distance, wear face masks, wash our hands regularly under running water with soap and take all other precautionary protocols in place to protect ourselves from contracting the virus and also to help stop its spreading”, he said.

Alhaji Ghansah made the call when he presented thousands of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including; Veronica Buckets, nose marks, hand sanitizers and gallons of liquid soap to the inhabitants.

He has earlier donated similar PPEs to the District Police Command, the Traditional Council, Market women, Driver Unions, 26 CHIPS Compounds, Our Lady of Grace Hospital, Private Maternity Home at Beedum, the Ghana Commercial Bank and National Fire Service to help them in the execution of their duties during this “period of uncertainty”.

“I need you and you need me, each and every one’s life is needed, let us continue to keep staying safe that with determination together we will forge ahead to fight the Virus”.

“Let us continue to be law abiding and consider everyone around us as a potential career of the virus”.
