Ghana’s COVID-19 case count up by 152

Accra, May 30, GNA – Ghana has recorded one hundred and fifty-two more COVID-19 cases.

This brings the total confirmed case to 7,768, data available on the Ghana Health Service websites has revealed.

The death has increased by one bringing the total people who have succumbed to the virus to 35, leaving the country with 5,193 active cases.

Similarly, the number of people who have recovered had risen from 2,241 to 2,540 persons.

Per the statists available, Greater Accra – is leading by 5,430 cases, followed by the Ashanti Region – 1,183, Western – 405, Central – 381, Eastern -117, Volta – 71, and Western North Region – 65.

Northern Region-37, Oti Region-26, Upper West Region, North Eastern Region- 2, Savannah Region- 1, Bono-1, and Bono East- 1.

No cases have so far been confirmed in the Ahafo regions.
