Ehi (V/R), Nov 07, GNA – Mr. Enoch Kwabla Amegbletor, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Ketu North Constituency in the Volta Region, has announced that a six-unit classroom block for Ehi MA Basic School is now 95 per cent complete.

The project, which began in early September, is on schedule, with only painting and final touches remaining before the official handover and commissioning.

During a recent working visit to the site, Mr. Amegbletor expressed satisfaction with the project’s rapid progress.

“I am pleased to announce that the six-unit classroom block for Ehi, which I worked tirelessly to secure, is now 95 per cent complete,” he said.

He credited the swift progress to the dedicated teamwork and planning that went into the construction phase, which started just over a month ago.

Mr. Amegbletor described the building’s key features, emphasizing that all major structural work is complete.

The classrooms are fully roofed, providing a robust and secure structure. Louvers have been installed to ensure good ventilation and ample natural lighting in the classrooms, creating an optimal learning environment.

The building is also connected to the electrical grid, with lighting installed to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere for both students and teachers.

“With only painting and a few finishing touches remaining, we are close to delivering this long-awaited facility,” Mr. Amegbletor noted.

He added: “This project embodies our shared commitment to advancing education and supporting the youth of Ehi and the entire Ketu North community.”

Mr. Amegbletor took the opportunity to thank everyone involved in making the project a reality, acknowledging the support of local leaders, school administration, and the community.

He urged them to continue working together to further educational development in the area.

This new classroom block, once commissioned, will help alleviate overcrowding and improve access to quality education for children in Ehi.

Mr. Amegbletor affirmed that, if elected, he would continue to prioritize educational infrastructure, aiming to provide safe and conducive learning environments for every child in Ketu North.
