Tel Aviv/Beirut, Oct 10, (dpa/GNA) – Israel shelled areas in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, after rockets were fired from the area into northern Israel, a Lebanese security source said.
The Israeli army said that “in response to launches identified from Lebanese territory toward Israeli territory, IDF [Israel Defense Forces] soldiers, are currently responding with artillery fire.”
The Lebanese security source said the Israeli shelling, targeted Wadi Adas, between Yarin and al-Dhahira in southern Lebanon.
