Kweku Darlington finds love with Ahoufe Patri on new tune

Accra, March 03, GNA – Rising Ghanaian musician Kweku Darlington on his newly released Afro-drill song “Baabi Awu” which evokes a feeling of love with Ghanaian actress Ahoufe Patri, featured in the music video.

The “Sika Aba Fie” hitmaker is out with his highly-anticipated love song which is available across various digital platforms. According to Kweku Darlington, who is often known for being a drill artiste, he decided to do something unique for his female fans to demonstrate his versatility across multiple genres.

“I decided to do something about love and this song came to mind and I want to dedicate this to all black women out there. We are grateful for their love and care and for me personally, I do respect women a lot,” he said in an interview.

Speaking about his company with Ahoufe Patri on the shooting set, Kweku Darlington said: “She is a very lovely lady. She was in her groove during shooting and I really admire her.”

The video shot and directed by E.Y depicts an atmosphere of love where one feels excited about finding the right partner coupled with beautiful cinematography.

The music sensation noted for soothing rapping lyrics recently bagged six nominations at the upcoming 3Music Awards.
