Accra, Feb 1, GNA – The Board and Management of BCM Group have assured their partners and the public of continuous commitment and excellence in the entity’s operations in West Africa.
It said the Group would continue to be one of the leading mining and civil contractors in Sub-Saharan Africa, and that the current internal investigations, which would be concluded soon, do not in any way affect the company’s various operations.

This became necessary as the BCM, over the last several months, was challenged with incidents of gross mismanagement, possible diversion, and embezzlement of funds, by senior officers entrusted with financial
responsibility within the organization.
It assured that the Company was in the process of conducting a full-scale audit and review of operations, with the view to establish the culprits, improve on service delivery as well as streamline its
activities.
It noted that the Group would institute criminal complaints against culprits where appropriate to serve as a deterrent to others, and urged all those seeking clarification on any issue, particularly the
media, to contact the Corporate Affairs office.
