Bolgatanga, Jan. 4, GNA – The Anglican Diocese of Tamale has rewarded ARACO Construction Company Limited for completing a new church auditorium for the Saint Cyprian’s Parish in Bolgatanga.
The citation, authored and signed by the Bishop of the Diocese, Right Reverend Dennis Dabukari Tong, at Synod and presented to the management of the company by the Parish Priest, Rev. Camilos Ababagre, expressed profound gratitude to the company’s management for the foresight and sacrifices made to take over the construction of the church auditorium despite the surge of the Covid-19 pandemic and it’s effects on businesses.
“The Diocese recognizes and appreciates your enormous sacrifices, willingness and love for the church and your determination and decision to continue with the construction of a new church auditorium for the Parish”, the Bishop admonished.
The citation further read: “When the church was fully stuck to progress work on the church building, you promised to help complete it and only needed members’ prayers for success in your endeavours. True to your words, God in His infinite Majesty, opened the opportunity and you quickly fulfilled your promise even when you had just hit the ground on your new project”.
The Bishop from the citation noted; “You have fully taken over the construction of the 500 capacity church auditorium, to roof with modern longspun sheets, plaster, fix tiles and windows, which runs into hundreds of thousands of Ghana cedis. The Diocese once again appreciates your tireless sacrifices for pushing the development of God’s Church for expansion of His Kingdom and work”.
ARACO Construction Company is a family business headed by Roger and Robert Akapari and operating throughout Ghana in the construction industry.
