Accra, Nov. 14, GNA – The management of the Ghana Institute of Journalism has postponed the beginning of the 2021/2022 academic year to Monday, January 10, 2022.
A statement from the Institute available to the Ghana News Agency said lectures for the first semester of the 2021/2022 academic year would commence on January 10, 2022, for all students.
It said management took the decision at an emergency meeting held on Friday, November 12, 2021.
“Management wishes to bring to the attention of all students that registration for the 2021/2022 academic year is still open and will end on Friday, December 24, 2021,” it said.
The statement said late registration with a penalty would end on Friday, January 7, 2022.
“Management wishes to express profound appreciation to all students for their cooperation in these unusual times”, it said.
