Accra, April 17, GNA – HUAWEI, in its bid to make life easier for customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, is providing warranty extensions to HUAWEI phone users all over the country.
Customers whose warranty expired from March 30 to April 30 will get a one-month extension from their previous date of expiration.
A statement copied to the Ghana News Agency on Friday said the extension only applies to customers with factory defect issues within the lockdown period.
Customers would have an additional one-month free service from the March 30 to April 30, 2020, it said.
All eligible customers are currently directed to gain access to this extension by using the ‘HiCare app’ or the ‘Huawei support platform’.
They could also contact 0244699276 in the interim, it said.
