Sofia Dessert Fest to Take Place on February 11 and 12

Sofia, Feb 10 (BTA/GNA) – Sofia Dessert Fest will take place on February 11 and 12 in Mega Mall – Sofia, said the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is the organizer of the event.

Dessert lovers will be able to enjoy cakes, pastries, cupcakes, chocolate and chocolate products, protein and oat desserts, honey, wines, brandies, liqueurs, coffee, boutique honey, healthy protein bars and more that exhibitors have prepared for the event, as well as many surprises, tasty and attractive offers, special discounts and tastings.

A company from Vidin will delight visitors with mini cakes in the shape of diamond hearts with a chocolate coating, which are beautiful on the outside and delicious on the inside.

Thematic hand-made products for the upcoming Valentine’s Day celebration such as candy hearts with various ganaches, candy barrels with Baileys, wine or whiskey, chocolate boxes of hearts will be offered by another one of the merchants at the event.

Students from the Sofia High School of Bakery and Confectionery Technology will decorate heart-shaped gingerbread cookies on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. The guests of the event will be able to make their own gingerbread decorations according to their own idea, under the expert guidance of the students.
A winery will participate with a variety of wines produced from their own vineyards.

During the exhibition, a Bulgarian company that focuses on healthy products will present a wide variety of protein and oat desserts, peanut butter, oat breakfast without sugar and fat, keto desserts, dietary protein frappe and many other interesting, tasty and healthy products.

A bee farm will present a large selection of honey and bee products.

A company from Troyan will present sweet alcoholic drinks with a rich aroma of raspberries, elderberries, prunes, walnuts or cherries. They are consumed as an aperitif or digestif as an addition to dessert. The company will also present original Austrian rums used in cooking and confectionery, as well as low-alcohol milk-based drinks.

Visitors will be able to try cakes made with selected products accompanied by coffee drinks perfectly prepared by their baristas.

A company growing perennial aronia plantations will offer organic juice from fresh aronia fruits, natural vitamin drink (wine) from aronia and grapes (8% alcohol), aronia berries and natural chocolate, aronia vinegar, dried aronia fruit .

The exhibition is aimed at both end customers and traders.
