Yaoundé, Cameroon, Jan. 9, GNA- The Black Stars of Ghana held their first training session on Monday evening to continue preparations for the tough battle against the Atlas Lions of Morocco.
This was after they arrived in Cameroon from their camp base in Doha, Qatar.
The Black Stars would lock horns with Morocco at the Stade Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaoundé on Monday for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Group C opener.
The training session saw all 28 players training under Coach Milovan Rajevac with no injury issues and COVID 19 cases in camp.
The four-time Continental champions would be chasing to clinch the title which has eluded Ghana since 1982.
The one-month long competition which see 24 countries battling for the coveted trophy.
