Tamale, June 20, GNA – Prophet Godwin Sarfo Annan, the General Overseer of the Holy Hill Chapel Worldwide, has advised Christian men to put in place measures that would ensure they have multiple sources of income.
He said the responsibilities of Christian men required they had multiple streams of income to meet the needs of their families.
He said, “Although I encourage Christian men in our fellowships to get employed. I will also advise you to seek diverse legitimate ways of adding income to sustain your families. A salary alone is not enough to sustain you.”
He gave the advice at the First Baptist Church in Tamale to mark this year’s men’s ministry week celebration,
Prophet Annan said when men had multiple streams of income, it contributed significantly to the growth and development of the church as well as the country.
He urged them to eschew the spirit of laziness and other fraudulent activities calling on them to emulate the examples of Jesus Christ.
Mr Nicholas Okyere, the Vice President of the Men’s Fellowship, First Baptist Church in Tamale, said the week-long celebration sought to acknowledge the immense contribution of men towards the development and growth of the church.
