Kwamekrom (WN/R), Dec. 6, GNA – The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Mr. Alfred Obeng Boateng, has donated building materials worth GHC40,000.00 to three communities in the Bibiani Constituency.
The beneficiary communities are Kwamekrom, Affulkrom and Abesinsuom, which received 100 mono desks, 200 bags of cement and eight packets of roofing sheets.
The donation was in fulfilment of promises made to the said communities when the Parliamentary Candidate paid a courtesy call on them.
The chiefs and people of the Communities appealed to Mr Obeng-Boateng to support them with the items to maintain their KG block, durbar ground and funeral grounds.
The items were presented on behalf of the Parliamentary candidate by Mr. Ofori Asuming, Chairman of Bibiani Zonal Campaign Team, Nana Amo, Operations Manager and Mr. Isaac Asante, Electoral Area Coordinator.
